Well I decided this morning that I couldn't mope about in Zagreb forever and so I set off for Austria having enjoyed Croatia immensely. It is a beautiful country and the people are great, I really hope I can return one day soon. In fact the GPS didn't even want to leave because as I crossed into Slovenia the woman's voice said ' As soon as possible do a U turn' :-)
I thought I would call at Vienna but in the end I have stopped in a place about 40 miles away called Petersbaumgarten. There isn't a lot here, other than a busy train line but it is quite pretty and I had rode long enough in the heat. On the way to Austria I rode through Slovenia and called at the second city of Maribor. It seemed a nice place and I was tempted to stay as there was some sort of show on tonight but I felt I hadn't travelled far enough and so I moved on.
Not much to tell you today but we will see what tomorrow brings.
